Latest news from the Malaysia MotoGP, Repsol Honda team was on the top spot during the pre-season tests. Riders like Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa were leading the lot and were within the first four places by the end of the day. It is also reported, the top four spots were in fact taken by all Honda riders.
Stoner clocked 1 min 59.665 seconds and Pedrosa 1:59.803 on their respective Hondaâs on the third and last day of the Sepang test. The Sepang circuit has finally turned out to be lucky for both the Honda riders who have successfully broken the 2 minute mark lap record set here by Valentino Rossi in 2009.
Not far behind in the lot were the famous Yamahaâs, and it was being led by the new comer, Ben Spies, who lodged the fifth spot. Rossi finally on his Ducati was quite slow and it was disappointing for him, as finished on the 11th spot in the grid. In all the Hondaâs and Yamahaâs ruled the Sepang test, and indeed they have prepared themselves well for the upcoming season.
