Valentino Rossi, chief rider of the team Ducati at the MotoGP has stood 11th in the overall performance at the Sepang test this week, and it is here where everyone is started to get concerned. Before the commencement of the Sepang episode, Rossi was having some fitness issues but he came out well from it and performed as an average rider.
The struggle between him and his Ducati was seen clearly on the track and maybe he would be missing his M1 here. He was only 0.8 seconds behind the leader Casey Stoner, who was flawless on his Honda. Team Yamaha was performing even better without Rossi, so could there be a glitch here?
The sun was high, and the heat was taking its toll in Sepang Malaysia, Rossi rode his Ducati for 59 laps and alas there was only a small reward, he finds out he stood 11th. When interviewed he did not lose hope, rather he said he will like to make some changes in his tyres and see whether he could perform better on the third day.
