T-Mobile To Drop Price of Samsung Galaxy Tab

Pakar Iklan T-Mobile To Drop Price of Samsung Galaxy Tab : According to Information Week, T-Mobile (News – Alert) has announced it will be lowering the retail price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. When the Galaxy Tab went on sale in November, T-Mobile initially offered it with an “instant discount” of $200, dropping the full retail price of $599 to $399. Now, T-Mobile is reportedly about to add a Web-only discount of an additional $50, lowering the price further to $349. To be eligible for this price, however, a customer must sign a new two-year data plan contract.

Vibrant prices by $50

Hence, T-Mobile will now sell you the Samsung Galaxy Tab for $349.99, and the Vibrant for $149.99. They’ve also got a BOGO (buy one, get one free) deal going until January 18, so you may even end up with, say, two Vibrants for $149.99. Of course, if you opt for the BOGO, you’ll still need to activate one two-year contract for each device.

T-Mobile drops on

Having spent some quality time with the Samsung Galaxy Tab, I am still not convinced that it’s worth it for the price especially on contract. The hardware is great but the software is a huge letdown and if it doesn’t get Honeycomb aka Android 3.0, it’s 100% not worth getting on contract.
